The staff is wonderful. They plan fun, creative events for the dogs. They are very flexible with the schedule, allowing for emergencies and change of plans.

I appreciate that all of the staff really seem to like dogs, and appear to be calm and kind with them. Also like that there are scheduled activities that the dogs can participate in. The only thing that kept me from giving a score of 10 is that there is not an outside play area and I wish there were more coaches to engage in activities on a daily basis. Overall, one of the best decisions I’ve made for our dog!
