These guys are awesome. Oscar and Kim are very professional and friendly and the entire staff reflect their leadership. Our dog Teddy normally loathes us dropping him off or leaving him anywhere, but this is the one place he pulls hard to get into instead of out of!. And after a good day of dog play he comes home tired and ready for a nap. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I feel good leaving Luna at Dogtopia. They have a live video feed so I can check in on her from time to time, except during lunch and naptime. It's indoors, so she's not out in the hot sun, there's always someone in the playroom monitoring their play, the playroom is cleaned constantly, and fresh water is always available. There's designated parking for dropping off your dog, they even wipe down your dog after play, before bringing them out to you at pickup time, which blew me away! Luna always smells better when I pick her up than she did when I dropped her off (unless it's a spa day, she always smells amazing after her bath!). The location is much more convenient for us than any other doggie day cares we have tried. Oscar and Kim have done a wonderful job making Dogtopia a safe and fun place for my Luna.

Owners and most staff are wonderful. Appreciate monitoring of dog behaviors and availability of nail trims, baths, and boarding.

I loved all the information we got about the place. I was also impressed at all the questions they asked about our dog Bella The place was so clean and the spa area looked like a human spa place rather than a dog spa. They were truly organized and had all the dogs belongings and food perfectly organized. They also provide great treats, which my puppy loves. Bella was there for the first time this Monday and she will be back this Thursday. I love my dog very much and wanted her to be safe and happy all day and she was. I love Dogtopia and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I used Dogtopia once for boarding our Labradoodle back in 2014, they were incredible, I took Jake back to them this week for his last bath, I used their Self Dog Wash Room, Jake is terminal and we just wanted him clean before we have him enter Doggy Heaven. Facilities are fantastic and Jake is clean. I went to the counter to pay and they said it was on them, they actually remembered him and they said thank you for allowing them to see him. 5 Stars for Dogtopia.

Very attentive to our dog’s needs and took time to make sure he had a positive introduction and experience.

That we left knowing that our dog Shadow was well taken care of. Also we love the fact that we could see her through the webcams that I think was a BIG PLUS for us.

I love the staff. They clearly love the dogs. The area is always spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone who’s looking for great daycare for their fur babies! I have not needed to leave my little boy overnight, but I’m sure he would be very comfortable.

My dog's first daycare experience. I was nervous about leaving her there, but the staff were quick to put me at ease. They were excellent, very friendly, and always seemed to take great care of the dogs. I was glad to be able to watch my dog on the webcam, and I always felt that she was safe and in good hands while at Dogtopia. Highly recommended!

I really like the all day play set up. My dog really needs that extra attention and gets separation anxiety. With the all day play I feel good that he will have a good time when I leave him.

Your staff seemed genuinely caring and attentive. I felt like Zoey was in good hands.

I love that I can check out my dogs and see how they interact on the webcam; they don't nickel and dime you when there are meds or when bringing in your own food; I like that the dogs have nap time and they are in separate crates; staff are ever so pleasant and the grooming services are really nice. Prices are good also. So, all I can say is: I just love it at Dogtopia!!

Safety, cleanliness, always someone supervising their activity, I can watch a live feed of Luna playing and interacting on my phone, the wonderful staff, mandatory rest period, designated parking spot for drop off and pick up, the doggie spa.

The hands-on approach and constantly being watched by a coach. Also being able to watch via the cameras is also a great reassurance.

This is an amazing place to take your family pets. My Sylvie, who was quite timid, has blossomed here and is so much better around other dogs these days. I can recommend dogtopia west without reservation!!
