Dogtopia is an excellent place for our doggies to have a day of fun! They get so excited to go there. I really like how friendly the staff is and the dogs are welcomed in from the minute they arrive. Great place to be!

Everyone is personable and professional. Kim and Oscar obviously love dogs and being around them. The location is always spotless and well staffed. Our 2 boxers love it there!

After being hesitant about going there for daycare, our Latte quickly warmed up to the staff and play pals. She now trots in without even looking back at us. We've also boarded her there and she returns home a happy, healthy pup.

Every time I go to DogTopia of Albuquerque West, I am greeted with a smile as if I am family. I truly love the "meet and greet" before allowing a doggie to join with the other dogs on the 1st visit- to assure that a dog is friendly and can play with the other dogs. Watching my dogs romp with their buddies via the room cams...is priceless. The services (e.g. grooming) and boarding prices can't be beat. Plus, they offer package plans that saves on Day care cost. The mugs, t-shirts and goods are delightful. When my dogs return from DogTopia - whether from boarding or Day care- they look like they have had a doggone good time and they sleep peacefully.When my dogs are happy...I am happy. Our Lulu enjoys spending time at Dogtopia. The play time with social aspect with other dogs is so good for her considering she is an only dog. The staff is super friendly and lulu seems to love them as well.

The dogs have a lot of space to run around. I was very happy to see how often the employees clean and sanitize. I was also impressed how many employees hugged and petted our dog. He was so happy.

My pups love to go to daycare. They get all excited when they realize where we are going. I am so happy to have a safe, climate controlled place where they can play. Great people work there and real hog lovers.

Friendly safe for my two fur babies

I really liked the comfort that was given and shown during the greeting and Bruces into to the new dogs. I didn't take food and he was fed and treated with kindness. Bruce definitely had a great time and came home relaxed. I like that I was able to check-in and see him follow staff to force them to pet him. He's a bit of a stalker! I look forward to his next visit to Dog Topia.

My dog has been placid and calm all day because of the massive amount of play and attention that he got at Dogtopia. He has been so lonely and unsettled ever since we had to move him across the country, but I am so grateful that Dogtopia will give him a home away from home. Oscar and his wife, the wonderful professor (I feel like a jerk for not remembering her name, which was right on her name tag – darn my memory), were the nicest people we've met yet in NM. They were both extremely patient and loving to the dogs (they knew the name of *every single one* there). Also, there was a moment when an employee's mask had slipped down on her face a little bit, just by accident, and the way that Oscar dealt with that – in the gentlest manner possible – made me respect him even more. (I didn't even notice it and wasn't bothered, but some bosses would be – and in my experience have been – much meaner and more admonishing about little things like that.) Also, during the moments I watched on the camera, the employees working in the romper room displayed an almost saintlike level of forbearance with my extremely energetic, overly amorous sled dog. He was smiling for the entire day, and I absolutely loved the report card! Such a great touch! Anyway, sorry for writing a whole essay here, but this is a chaotic time in our lives, and Dogtopia is something really good that has happened for me, for Tundra, and for my husband. (Not posting this publicly just because I mentioned the one employee – didn't want to violate her privacy.)

I recommend Dogtopia all the time to friends at the dog park and other friends. My friends like to watch her on the doggie cam when I'm traveling. Always good service. I know she is safe and being well cared for.

I know that Luna is safe and sound for the day when I drop her off. There is always someone overseeing playtime and I can check in on her anytime via live video feed on my phone. I love that they have designated lunch and naptime, and keep the dogs separated during this time. And it's so clean! Anytime a dog uses the potty, there is someone there immediately to clean the area. Luna always sleeps like a log at night after spending the day at Dogtopia. I just cant say enough about owners Oscar and Kim - first class operation they have there.

It's very welcoming when you come in with your puppy. He had not been there in six months but he remembered everyone and was so excited to be back. I was told by one of the owners he would be introduced slowly and not be overwhelmed by the other dogs. I called to check in on him and was told he was having a great time. I love being able to watch him on the cameras so I know what is taking place. Our puppy loves other dogs and having to keep a distance while we are out walking has been very difficult on him. It was nice being able to take him to Dogtopia so our older girl could rest and not worry about a play-driven puppy pouncing on her all day. He will definitely come back more often since his neutering surgery has been completed. Thank you for taking such great care of our Siberian Husky puppy!
