Day care

I love how friendly everyone is they remember you and your dog by name. My dog Rylee can't wait to get there he so happy there. Thanks Dogtopia for providing a safe and happy place for Rylee.

Great customer service. My boxer loves going there and is extremely excited when he starts recognizing the neighborhood before getting to Dogtopia. The staff has been so accommodating of my dog’s food allergies and are always so happy to see him. Yesterday he got to pick a doggie toy to bring home, oh boy did he have fun with his new toy although it squeaked all night. I’m sure if he could speak he would rave about this place.

The staff is amazing! I never have reservations about leaving my boys at Dogtopia. Highly recommended!

Daycare and the staff

Dogtopia is amazing. They take care of your dog like their own. They play with them. Make sure they are in a safe environment. Dogtopia also offers camera access to the playroom, so that way when you have time to look at them, you can see what your dog is doing. They also have hygiene services and they do a great job at them. Our dog gets excited when we pull up outside the building which tells me he likes being there, but it also tells me that the dogtopia team is friendly, kind and good towards my dog because he enjoys being there with them which is an amazing feeling as a parent to know that you can trust their team around your dog when he is in their care.

The professional and friendly staff, got my first appointment for day care for the next day at the time I wanted, webcams, trained staff, conscientious, and a report card for my Liam doggo including which dogs he liked playing with. Thanks, Dogtopia!

The staff were very professional and friendly to our puppy.
I liked the fact that they screen dogs for shots and aggressive behavior.
We'd tried taking our puppy to dog parks, but were angry when large, undisciplined aggressive dogs chased and attacked our puppy more than once. The owners could care less and did nothing to stop their dogs. She was terrified!
At Dogtopia, we were able to watch both through a window and on our phones how our puppy (now 17 months old) was treated and acted. At Dogtopia we were pleased with the way the other dogs did nothing more than sniff her once. After that, she relaxed and trotted around the indoor room with the other dogs with a big smile on her face!
We definitely will keep taking her for her playtime with other nice dogs.

I really liked the meet and greet process, the tour, watching my dog in "the toybox." I liked the staff a lot, I really enjoyed seeing the care they put into feeding the dogs at noon and knowing each of the dogs in their care.

The friendliest staff. Even when Blue is acting up they help me with him. They have a course coming up with a 2 week class but due to the economic conditions we can’t attend yet.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is super clean. The rooms are large with ample room for all the dogs and they have cameras so you can check up on your loved ones.
There was one place on one of the frontage roads that didn’t have cameras and wouldn’t even let you go and look at the space that the dogs would be spending their time.

We loved that you immediately took an interest in OUR dog. And we loved that your staff greeted almost every new arrival by name! That told us you will treat our dog like your dog. Your Staff gave us a wonderful tour of the entire facility with a narrative about each department that you have...bathing area, kitchen, boarding facilities, etc. The facility smelled clean and sanitary. Your webcams are very good quality so we could clearly see our dog and her body language to know if she was comfortable. Drop off and pick up was quick and efficient.

My two Labs absolutely love the whole experience at Dogtopia on the Westside! They especially love the staff, their tails go 100 mph the minute we walk on the door! 🥰
