I think this is a great operation. However, I have a suggestion. If a regular customer makes a reservation and you confirm it, perhaps THAT is the time to advise the bordatello results that might be due. I understand the importance of not exposing other dogs. However, a little flexibility by your employees would be appreciated. I asked if I might bring the information when I picked Ellie up since Ellie is a regular at this location. I mentioned that I had taken her for these shots last week. I was told that she would not be accepted for the day without the test results. My vet happens to be a few doors away and they would not be open for another hour. However, I had a doctors appt to get to. Going home WITH Ellie and then bringing her back would have created a huge hardship. Your employee was totally inflexible and simply repeated over and over that Ellie could not be accepted without the results of the tests.

Luckily, I remembered that my vet has a client portal that I could access and retrieve the info. So Ellie was allowed to stay yesterday and I was able to get to my drs appt on time.

The team is always very helpful, nice with our dog, and honest. Thank you.

I came to Dogtopia with my Border Collie/Pit mix rescue. Bella is just a year and a half and had been at Animal Humane most of that time. She has the sweetest personality but had a lot of dog aggression and absolutely no social skills. Needless to say she did not pass Dogtopia’s meet and greet. So I did utilize Dogtopia’s training services and now Bella is a completely different dog! She loves the daycare and plays well with the other dogs and we really appreciate the spa and boarding services as well. I could never thank Ben (owner), the trainers Elora and Aspen and the amazing caring staff at Dogtopia enough🙏🏻 They truly love what they do and take such good care of Bella that Dogtopia has truly become her second home❤️🐾

The staff is friendly and caring. Bella is a bit timid and they make sure she is safe and comfy in the Toy Box.

I really appreciated Ben contacting me to let me know that my dog had some stress collitis ,that it was normal and that they would monitor. He also told me that my dog wasn't eating and was fine with hand feeding him until he started to eat on his own again. Really personalized service! I was out of the country, so Ben made me feel secure that my dog was getting great treatment. I also enjoyed watching him on the video camera!

We recently boarded our dog for 6 days. On the morning of the second day, we received a call from Dogtopia Staff saying they noticed our dog had a small wound between two toes, similar to a foxtail stick. They cleaned and treated the wound and bandaged up the foot for the day. I am so impressed that they noticed something so small when dealing with all of the other dogs they care for at any given time. As it turned out, we had had our dog groomed the day before we dropped her off and we believe when they were trimming her feet, they clipped her accidentally. WE didn't even notice she had a problem.

Max got a lot of experience with other dogs and people. I didn’t have to worry about him
