My boys went from hating the water to absolutely enjoying and looking forward to coming here. This time around we have Joe as the instructor and he’s just so great with them (prior to COVID we had Briana who’s also amazing). The facility’s clean and everyone’s super nice.
Each child had their own pool, and they worked to maintain high health standards.

As always the instructors and staff are very professional. I also admire the steps that were taken to facilitate the safety of guests and staff since re-opening after the NYS Pause due to COVID-19. Joe and Kyle are friendly and excellent instructors. My son really enjoys his swimming lessons. I would highly recommend SwimLabs!

Professional experience and cleanliness
I felt very comfortable sending my kids in the midst of the pandemic. Swimlabs follow strict pre screening procedures, practice social distancing, have less than 10 people at a time in the facility, requires the use of mask and face shield among staff, students and parents.
We absolutely love Kristie and have had the best swim labs experience. We love that from day one my daughter has been learning skills to save herself in the pool and how to swim, not just play in the water (but there’s time for that as well). We also loved the week long camp offered! Swim labs went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable returning from Covid-19. Thank you for the great learn to swim program!

Great and safe way for my son to take lessons. The staff was very cautious and instructors were great under these circumstances.
Managed to maintain focus for 8 and 10 year olds, whereby they could be seen to be really trying to emulate/follow instructor's guidance. Encouraging, but also not willing to move on until some improvement/understanding was seen. Boys look fwd to these classes, especially given current home quarantine.
The fact that I was closer to my child and the precautions the instructors are taking, as uncomfortable as it might be to swim with a face shield, I appreciate the efforts.

We love it, Kyle is great with both kids. They both had an amazing time
