The associates here are really customer (dog) focused. They learn your dogs name. My dog demands them to play ball 24/7 and usually the workers comply. lol He loves coming here, when we pass a certain area of road. he knows where we are going and goes crazy with excitement. That is such a great feeling!
I really appreciate the care they give to our elderly dog. When I pick her up, she seems happy and I appreciate that they call if there's anything wrong. Thank you!

Logistics such as scheduling dropoff/pickup/level of accommodations were handled professionally and with evident kindness for our dog. It gave us peace of mind knowing that she was being well cared for and safe. Even though this was not her first stay at Dogtopia we did follow her on the webcam for an added bit of reassurance. It's a nice feature for a concerned owner.

My pupper loves coming and being greeted by all the wonderful people who work there! I can tell how much he loves it by how excited he gets when we pull in. I love being able to watch him on the cameras and to be able to access people who work there easily if needed. (I try not to be the pushy dog mama though!) He absolutely LOVES coming to daycare!
I love how active your staff is with the pups and I love there is a calendar showing the daily activities.

I like the fact we can always call, and someone will answer the phone if we have a question. I also like the fact that we can see our dog on the webcam.

The staff at Dogtopia at the Avenues were friendly and helpful. Buddy is a small dog and they watched him to make sure he mingled with the other dogs.

Dogtopia staff is always friendly and nice. I've never had an issue with getting on the phone with them or them answering my questions/concerns. My dog loves it there. They always have some fun event going on-- superhero day, prom pictures, cheeseburger day.... all for an extra cost, but so cute, and we always get pictures/videos after. It's so sweet to see the staff interacting with the dogs in a fun way. The cameras are also a fun bonus, because I get to check in and "spy" on my dog and what she's doing! LOL.
