I love that my dog gets to play all day. The staff is very friendly- I do not love the new subscription plans. My schedule is too busy to remember to manage a subscription and we don’t always make it every week. Love the visit packages.
We were able to set up a first interview for our dog, Hardy, as soon as we needed to, and the staff took their time providing information, answering questions, and making it very clear they did this work out of devotion and love. They didn't just check boxes and set up our payment plan; they spent time with Hardy and delivered him back to us tired but joyful. He had such a good time! We were very happy with our experience, and look forward to using Dogtopia when we relocate for work.

Bailey absolutely loves it there. He starts howling in the car once he realizes where he is (about 2 blocks away) and pulls the poor person who is taking him back completely ignoring me! In the way back home he’s so exhausted, I don’t even hear a peep out of him. The pictures, activities and events are a plus! The staff is also amazing always willing to help where they can!
I have taken taken my dog to Dogtopia ffor daycare and boarding for over 7 years. The first a 10 year old lab and the second a labradoodle puppy They both loved love their time there and I like to watch them play on the webcam.

I like the care they give my wiggle butt however I would recommend they advised us that the dogs will need a bath once we pick them up. My baby smelled like pee but other than watching the dog tech be on her phone a bit too much when they're supposed to be watching the dogs per the Webcam.I really like this place it's the best one in jacksonville fl. No place is perfect but my wiggle butt doesn't like malnourished like the last place we use to take him.
Everyone I've met on staff has been super friendly, and they make you feel really comfortable leaving your four-legged loved ones in their care.
I used spa services. It is convenient to my home, their prices were reasonable, and they did a nice job! I will be back.

We definitely don't like that discounted passes are no longer available and we don't like the new system of locking into a certain number of days/week, even if it's just one, and our checking account being debited weekly. Fortunately, we still have passes but once they run out, we'll have to make decisions on what to do from there.

The associates here are really customer (dog) focused. They learn your dogs name. My dog demands them to play ball 24/7 and usually the workers comply. lol He loves coming here, when we pass a certain area of road. he knows where we are going and goes crazy with excitement. That is such a great feeling!
