Stylist was very patient and good with my antsy 2 year old who usually doesn't seat still or quite for haircuts. But she managed to do everything possible to make sure not only did he get a good haircut but he wasn't crying and moving around much! Job well done!!!

Cynthia has been my barber for a while now I will always follow her where ever she goes. I tell her what I want and she always delivers it exactly how I want it. She also cuts my 4 year olds hair and she’s very good with him. She’s very precise and you can tell she loves her career and her clients. I will ALWAYS recommend her to my friends and family.

I hadn’t been to this location before. I went to check-in online for a different location but the wait was over an hour and I don’t see a point to waiting that long. This location was within 5 miles and had no wait. When I walked in I was prepared with a picture. The first available stylist was Emma. I showed her the picture asking if she’d be able to do the fade I was looking for. She said she could and proceeded to explain to me the technique she was going to use to get me what I wanted. I explained to Emma that I have gone to several stylists at several different salons for over a year trying to get the haircut in the picture but not once got what I was looking for. I explained my expectations were low but if I could get a little close to what the picture was, I’d be happy enough. Emma began to work her magic and before she got too far she paused. She had me look it over to make sure we were on the same page. I was very pleased with what I saw. It was as if she knew what I wanted despite the picture showing something different. Emma resumed and finished my cut. I asked her to style it for me. I wear glasses and could not really see what she was doing. When I put my glasses on I was shocked and amazed at how Emma gave me the exact cut I wanted! A picture does not truly show what a haircut will look like on the individual. I believe the difficulty I had in the past was that no stylist ever took the time to understand what I wanted and how I didn’t want the exact picture that I brought in. I was so pleased with what Emma did, I took selfies before leaving the chair and I never ever take selfies! Words cannot express my gratitude nor my love for my haircut. I will be returning and will gladly wait an hour or more for Emma.
