I've never filled out a customer survey before today for any company, but after the exceptional cut and service I received from Marcia Blum--I feel the need to express my satisfaction and gratitude. I have been a regular at Greatclips for years but after wanting to try someplace new and meeting Marcia today I don't think I will be returning. I wasn't prepared for Marcia, the experience was literally life-changing. I was both surprised and confused when she admitted to not being the store manager. As a business owner myself, I know it's hard to find quality help..I commend your HR as Marcia was an A+ hire and no doubt a key addition to your staff.

I love Sport Clip! Went into day and Emily, Hope and Angela where great!!! Had to break up a knock down drag out fight, because they were all fighting over who would cut Daddy Dan's hair!!!! What a way to make a guy feel good. Thanks girls!!!!

Was in a bind and needed a quick cut at a reasonable price before a friends wedding. Hair was sadly damaged from a bad dye job at a high end salon and was too frizzy at ends to do a thing with. My hubby went before me and had a good experience so decided to try here instead. Normally would go to a salon, but short on time and budget. I received a lot of compliments on my haircut - from a lot of women wondering where I went.
