The instructors clearly are well trained, the facility is very clean, and the warm water and small classes make it worth it for the price. I do wish there was a larger sibling discount, I have twins and it is costly, but worth it for the lifesaving skills they’re learning
My children have just started learning, but there is a male teacher who always holds them and plays in the water after finishing, making them very happy in their hearts. we have a great time every swimming class!
We love AquaTots easy scheduling, flexibility, and staff. The coaches are wonderful, but turnover is an issue. Many amazing staff members have left over the years and some kids need more consistent coaches.
The instructor, Elliot, has been excellent with my son. My son does not like to get his face wet but Elliot is kind and patient with him while teaching him skills. He has grown and continues to grow each week. There were 2 lessons where Elliot was absent since we’ve started, and the 2 women who filled in were also great.
The pool is clean and well organized for all the lessons to occur simultaneously. The lobby, watching area, and changing room areas are all clean and well-supplied. I also appreciate that the glass around the pool is always clean!
My child enjoys the classes very much and instructor Sophie is amazing.
Emily is really good with the kids. They teach kids how to get out of the pool and give them confidence in the water. The counter staff is just wonderful too. Answer questions and help you decide what's best..
The staff is very professional & caring. The swim lessons are helping my child to overcome his fear.

The staff are always happy and helpful. My child enjoys coming here and I feel that they have learned a lot since we’ve started. All the coaches always have a positive attitude. Exceptional and honest feedback is given at the end of the class.

I like how compact yet perfect the facility is. I also like the way of instruction and that regardless of the coach it remains the same. The app is also a great feature as I can know my son’s progress and it’s easy to manage booking and cancelling classes.
Pro submersion approach, including the ABCs of water safety and device advice is so important. Not as intense as the ISR, but much more helpful than other local swim schools. Coach Tyler is so wonderful with the toddlers, she is competent, kind, enthusiastic, and answers questions willingly.

Our instructors have been great so far (coach Nathan who has left Aqua-Tots and coach Joel). Class sizes are great and the facilities are always clean and dry.
We initially found it difficult to register as there were not very many class time options for Tadpoles and waited quite a while for a Sunday spot to open up. It was a toss up between Aqua-Tots and Goldfish to see where a spot would open first and if it wasn’t for a spot opening up at Aqua-tots first, we may not have joined Aqua-Tots. We have however found a lot of variety/options for classes in the Minnow level.
