I have only taken a single class so far. However, the instruction is very good. They don't rush and walk you through everything. They tell you how to do things and help perfect techniques.
I am just learning to float and it's rather hard but my instructor helps me in every step. I enjoy the class and am eager to learning more from them. I'm so happy to have found this place. It is amazing.
This is my first time learning to swim and the at your own pace is fantastic. Even with one class I am starting to see how my body reacts in the water. They see things and ask questions and give feedback. It's perfect. It's a good training ground. They ease you in and don't give up. Positive reinforcement is given. Nothing harsh. It's amazing.
The facility is amazing. It is easy to sign up and schedule. The instructors are all fantastic with my son. Truly fills a big hole in the community for safe swim!
We love the new space. Plenty of changing rooms and bathrooms. Clean and organized, with wonderful staff. My grandsons love it.

Victor was amazing with my daughter. She was very scared and nervous and crying for her very first class but he was so sweet with her and she was in the pool by the end of the class!
The small classes help kids learn skills much faster. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and supportive of their students.

Organization, structure and expertise!
I like the incremental detail oriented instruction. My son loves going to swim class.
All of the employees are very polite and welcoming. We were able to do a trial class to see if my little one would like the water and he LOVED it! The facility is clean and organized! Also the class swim coach knew my son by name when he came to his 2nd class. He is enrolled in the Parent / Tot class and even though there is a variety of ages in the class the coach makes sure to work with each age for their age appropriate lesson. I highly recommend SafeSplash Swim!
The entire staff and facility are wonderful! Felipe is an EXCELLENT swim teacher. He brings out the best in my daughter. He is encouraging and challenges her to reach for her goals.
The swim class was comfortable in size and the instructor was very knowledgeable and welcoming.
The staff is amazing and so talented they made our experience great. The online system could use some innovation. It is not the easiest to navigate and trying to reschedule classes or is complicated. I usually resort to just rescheduling with the staff because it is impossible to find an available class online.
Instructors were very kind, they didn’t make me feel bad about not knowing how to swim. Very patient when I was getting the techniques and with my daughter when she got distracted.
The staff are educated, friendly, and work well with children. My family always looks forward to a visit at Safesplash!

The instructor Sarah takes her time. She also listened for changes in my child's breathing to determine if she needed breaks.
Our kids have been going here for a year and love the staff and the experience. Mr. Max has given them self confidence and improved their safety mindset with water. Their form is still improving every time they go. I would tell anyone, not just kids to try them out!

The staff and environment
The teachers/coaches have a well designed program & system that they follow to teach the kids to learn to swim. I love the structure and how well everything is organized. It gives me confidence that my child is in good hands and it makes me happy to see how much he is improving.

We absolutely love everything about safesplash (Northlake center)..my kid has been going here for more than 3 years and we have seen great progress. The teachers are amazing, the staff is very warm and helpful and the center manager Maria is fantastic!!
