We have had a great experience with SafeSplash swim school. The instructors do a great job keeping kids engaged and feeling safe, all while having fun and learning new skills. The leadership team is responsive and helpful when questions arise. My child started his journey about five months ago, and while he was never afraid of the water, he had very limited safety skills. He has done a 180 and can now swim freestyle on his own, and his confidence is very high. This is a great option for any level of swimmer.
Instructors are understanding and incredible about working with our son! We are incredibly impressed!
We loved the class and our teacher is the sweetest. She was so calm and positive with the little ones. I feel like we introduced several skills which will help keep our daughter safe in and around the pool so I look forward to continuing our lessons.

The instructors make it fun and my kids have really improved. I especially appreciate Coach Ariel's positive energy and the way she manages everything that is happening at the pool from scheduling to giving swimming tips. For example, last time my son was losing steam while doing laps in the pool and his form was all over the place. Coach Ariel yelled out to him from the sidelines to lift his arms/elbows and demonstrated the proper arm movement. He really needed that at-the-moment reminder and energy! As a parent I was happy to see that he wouldn't develop bad habits and that he was seen/noticed. Because both of my kids trust the coaches, they take the feedback as constructive.

Hunter & Wyatt really loved their iswim instructor Lourdes. She was thoughtful and kind and caring with the boys that my husband and daughter (boys mom) and I witnessed. The boy were sad that they wouldn’t be with Lourdes again. We encouraged them to be open minded with their next instructor and look forward to Lily and how she does with the boys next week. They couldn’t stop talking about to and wanted the class to be longer to learn more. Thank you so much for your support and time.
Josh is absolutely incredible! We were really worried we were going to have to look at different programs as our first teacher wasn’t the best fit, but Josh could not be more impressive! Our preschooler listens to him and is progressing so well!

Communication
The facility is well kept. The staff is exceptional. All of the staff members are always approachable. If one doesn’t know tha answer to your question, they will help you find the person who does know. The coaches are excellent. They all work as a team for every class.
The manager Ariel was very attentive and professional. She conscientiously observed my daughter in the pool during her first class and decided to replace her in another group class that would better suit her level and personality, so she wouldn’t feel out of place in the class where most kids were more advanced. I appreciate her thoughtfulness very much.
This was perfect for my family. My son was age 11 to 12 when taking lessons and easily the oldest in his group. He missed out learning to swim when he was younger due to Covid, and then post-Covid it was very difficult to find lessons that were conveniently located and at convenient times. The location was great and we also appreciated having multiple days and times for lessons. The ability to do make up lessons when we missed one was great too. The instructors were fantastic. He can now swim confidently and it's so, so good to see!
