The staff was very kind and encouraging.
Instructors are amazing helps the kids out with what they need exactly to improve in there swimming.
The time and patience instructors take to teach my child is impressive. Certain age groups are tough to manage, but they do it respectfully and making sure the child is progressing at their own rate.
Clean, organized, and professional teachers
Our teacher Mrs.Avery is great! She keeps great pace and is fun. Our classes feel productive and we have seen skill growth. Our son loves her.
We did have a sub one day that made us uncomfortable. Had we had that sub as the teacher from the beginning we likely would have not came back.
My kids love the classes and we love seeing their progress. We also love the flexibility with rescheduling when we have to miss a class.
Great swimming classes
My three year old daughter Sophie has had a wonderful experience. She looks forward to going every week and shows a lot of improvement every week.

There are only a few good adult trainers like Lourdes.
I have wasted lot of my initial classes with Payton and learned nothing.

Great staff
We absolutely love safe splash swim school. Each instructor has been amazing for our girls. They have the perfect combination of fun and focus that enables our girls to progress through their skills.

Good swim school with excellent instructors. My boys enjoy these swim lessons and always look forward for classes. Small student-to-teacher ratios helps them focused on learning.

Lessson are planned. The group classes are small. The instructors know what skills my children are working on. I like knowing the specific differences between each level. I like being able to see online the skills that my children have mastered. All of the instructors that we have had so far have been great.
One instructor listened to one of my concerns and she remembered and followed up with me the following week. As a parent I appreciate the structure and organization and my boys enjoy going to class.
The facility is great, the staff is welcoming, and the entire operation is incredibly organized and well-structured. Felipe is the BEST! He has such a great rapport with my little swimmer and knows how to connect with her while still providing excellent instruction. He’s definitely giving her the focused, technical instruction that’s been missing at HSA.
My daughter absolutely adores her instructor Abby! The pool is great, very clean and the lessons are going well.

We love the instructor (Natily) and how she interacts with our toddler. She is very confident and friendly and great with kids. We love the activities and the fact that the class is very structured and it seems like there are some new things each week. We have only gone twice, but seen huge progress in our toddler's confidence and comfort in the water in just two weeks. We can tell he is already learning life-saving skills. We hope to continue lessons until he is comfortable swimming in the water on his own!
