The staff and environment
The teachers/coaches have a well designed program & system that they follow to teach the kids to learn to swim. I love the structure and how well everything is organized. It gives me confidence that my child is in good hands and it makes me happy to see how much he is improving.

Sabby is an exceptional trainer. She carefully observes our form and gives spot-on tips, then plans the next lap to help us fix it. My wife and I absolutely love our swimming classes. She’s smart about improving our skills in freestyle, backstroke, dolphin kick, and butterfly, plus our endurance. It’s awesome — we feel every minute of our 30-minute session counts when Sabby is taking our class , and it’s worth every penny.
The facility is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It makes the swim class experience for my son and I so pleasant. The instructors have also made the swim experience wonderful for my child. They seem to incorporate a lot of fun and patience into their lessons, and it really puts my child at ease and in the right mindset to learn the skills he needs to learn! Just wonderful. Very happy with the school so far.
The coaches make swimming fun and challenging. My kids have improved tremendously and are so much more comfortable in the water..
The pacing of the lessons and the instructor encouragement is great! My child loves to attend his sessions.
We have really enjoyed all the teachers and I feel like my daughter has made a lot of progress here. My only calms are the lack of options for times for classes/make ups and make up tokens only lasting two weeks. Aqua Tots definitely had the edge on the last two parts, but the skill gain has been better here.

I like the smaller class sizes which tends to be better because they improve safety and confidence.
The instructor was very patient with my daughter. She didn’t treat my baby no different than the other kids. That was able to understand instructions

Attention to the individual swimmer even with several kids in class. The instructors give lots of high fives and provide a lot of positive reinforcement and feedback to students.
Class ratio is really low for my son’s skill level…more attention to the beginner swimmers!
We have been very happy. Feel like our kids have learned a lot. The facilites are kept nicely and we have only had positive experiences with the staff.

Overall it was a good experience and Kristie seemed knowledgeable and was great with the little ones. One observation i would like to make is that it was our first time being there and had i not asked another parent we would have been lost. While I did not expect a crash course or to be catered too it was very much so "sink or swim". We will be back and enjoyed our class but had my husband who is more introverted been the one with her, he would have left before the class started.
