Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, especially as a new customer. Jeff and another swim instructor were so good with my 2 yr old even when he was crying. The level of patience they showed was very impressive.

Enjoyed our first day
We take both our kids to SafeSplash Millcreek. It’s been a wonderful experience with both coaches. Vedika and Prabh are the best coaches we have ever seen. Kids enjoy learning new skills from every class. Excited to see my kids grow up learning swimming skills.
The instructor was so good with the kids, the facility was clean and organized, the class was to the point and we got a lot done in 30 minutes. My little one loved it.

My kids have made considerable progress for the time we've been at safe splash. The work on the basics of swimming at the beginning and now the are moving onto advance techniques.

Warm indoor pool with great teachers to get kids and adults safer around water.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Their dressing room is super clean and up kept. We did the free trial and signed up right after. The instructor was amazing with our son and we loved how she interacted with him. He was extremely comfortable and that made us so excited to continue with classes.
I like the small groups and attention my child receives during the swim lessons. On lesson down, many to go!
One on One lessons are great more skills to learn and proper techniques

I like how they have an open swim and there was enough room for everyone to swim and have a nice time. The pool is nice and warm too, also very clean! I do wish they had showers to actually wash in and the boys and girls changing rooms were separate. I love the dryer for swim suits when you are done, that’s very handy! And the waiting area is nice for kids and parents.
It’s extremely clean and well kept.
I do wish the class was at least 45 mins vs 30 mins since the other schools I have been too or swim classes are an hour long and cheaper.
All in all I am happy. Just few minor things but nothing that would scare us off but the changing room situation for some might with the current clientele we have nowadays.
Instructors are great with the kids. My grandson loves going there.
