Personalized training, kind staff. It would be nice if there was shampoo and the body wash at the showers.

The teachers at Safe Splash are wonderful, my daughter looks forward to her swim lesson every week. The administrative staff is also superb - incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Joe has been a superior role model and empowering instructor for my son Oliver. He had taught my daughter Isabella years ago, and our family is more than happy to have our son learn with him again. His teaching style is kind, yet firm, and his lessons and teaching styles are clear and advanced. Being in the water and learning to swim isn't easy for kids yet Joe is able to make classes fun and my son enjoys it every week with him. Thank you for having someone as professional and experienced as Joe on your team. We appreciate him very much. He is the only reason we are with SafeSplaah and have been recommending him for years.
Paige T is absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough great things about her! The way she’s so patient with my daughter is great! She went from crying when I leave to being excited to swim and not want to leave!

It was my daughter first time going to any swimming class, she is VERY afraid of pools, and even though she was scared did it amazing and I shout out to the coach/teacher he was amazing making my daughter confident about the process!

The instructor had a good attitude and was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a great time learning from him and would recommend it to anyone.
Jen and the entire Safe Splash team are amazing! They are so warm and welcoming. Both of my children LOVE going to swim class. My son is currently not enrolled because of other activities, but he is always thrilled when we go for Jingle Jams and Swim Jams. My daughter has bumped up two levels so quickly due to her new found passion for swimming. Jen, Alexa, Chris and the whole team allow her to have fun while she’s learning. I’m surprised how well she is swimming and how much she’s learned in such a short period of time. I can’t thank them enough for their fun and nurturing methods of teaching the children. Keep up the good work and we are always spreading the word that you guys are the best! Thanks for all you do!

The staff is incredible. The swim instructors go the extra mile to keep my 5-year-old engaged, and he has already learned so much. The front desk team is friendly and always accommodating.

The staff were great with my daughter. This was her first time being in the water without parents. They did a great job redirecting and encouraging her!

The instructors are patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They take the time to help students learn to swim and teach techniques that are individualized to the person. Bailey is my diaghters instructor and she is the best. She teaches with patience, intuition and great insights. She is the reason I decided to take swim lessons myself after observing my daughter at her lessons. I likced out at got a great instructor as well for my adult lessons, Josh. Josh is wonderful, patient and provides great feedback on techniques. He is a great instructor!
The only issue is with the make up tokens, I wish there was a quicker process and confirmation once you submit your absences. Or an easier way to reach out to an administrator to any questions. The only thing I see is the contact us form on the site, which isn’t the best user experience.The instructors are super patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Safe Splash has been amazing! I love the one on one / small class sizes ! My daughter is so excited every week to go ! It’s the best !
I love that we start immediately with commands and my daughter felt comfortable on the 1st day
From our trial, my daughter had Shelby as her coach and left in tears. She waited until we were changing to breakdown. I saw Shelby be rude and annoyed while we were waiting for my daughter’s lesson. She then proceeded with my daughter’s lesson with another child. Shelby yelled and was extremely cruel. My daughter is eager to learn, loves to swim and happy almost always. She left her trial saying she did not want to come back. The manager listened to our concerns and switched instructors and my daughter is so happy again. No one should work with children that dislikes them as much as Shelby. Especially when both of her students were sweet, gently and eager to learn.
The staff have been knowledgeable and helpful. They have known when to encourage our kids and when to challenge them a bit.
The facilities are nice. Changing rooms are super family friendly.
Hayley, Lexi and the team did an awesome job with our daughter’s birthday party. All the other parents were impressed as were we. We would absolutely recommend your birthday party package to others
