Friendly people / great haircut
Atmosphere was great loved all the TVs staff was really friendly hair washing,steamed towel and shoulder massage were awesome. The only problem was my hair cut wasn’t very good. It was all uneven, probably one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had, and I’ve cut my own hair before. When I got home my wife said I should go back and have them fix it,but I figured that it would probably only get worse.
Gonna be wearing a hat for awhile.

I really enjoy the on line check in. I like that you have a great sport game on with water to drink and comfortable chairs. The staff is friendly and greats everybody that comes in and engages in conversation with those who are waiting. The best part is that I can request a team member on the app. Thats the most important item. I can see who's working to see if I'm ready to make an appointment at that time or day. I need to say that Emily is an outstanding team member. I can sit down, relax, and enjoy a cut by the notes she has kept. I don't even worry about how it will turn out because she knows her buisness. Thanks.

Your web site is a joke. We can not schedule an appointment any more than a few minutes ahead of time. When finally seeing that our preferred stylist is available, when I arrive they are no where to be found. Ended up having to use an unskilled stylist that used shears like she was pruning sheep and my hair looked like it.
I may never be back. I can get a $28.00 butcher job anywhere.
Listen to the adult with the child cause I told her I didn’t want my grandson hair sticking up and to leave it a little longer where he had a big cowlick on the top of his head and she cut it too short anyway. I also parted it and she combed out the part after I parted it.
I liked my hair stylist. She was very personable and she was well trained and she had great product knowledge. I bought some product and am happy with it.
I liked the entire experience and would recommend it to other's. I. Also I liked how you give offers to save money for returning customers.
I enjoyed the Big Screen's and the wait times were within reason.

All I want is a haircut. I felt like the "onboarding procedure" was like a job interview. Full name, email address, etc. etc. Shoe size, blood type....not needed. IMHO.

Compared to the last hair stylist business I used to patronize this salon and its employees are heads above the rest. Emily was friendly and conversational. But very professional. She cared about the cut and made recommendations based on what would benefit me when I asked about the products. I am definitely becoming a lomg time supporter of Sports Clips.
My son loves to get his hair cut here! Everyone is always friendly and they make him feel like he is their number one client. The manager (Marissa I believe) is always super friendly and goes above and beyond. The first time we went in my son got a different cut than his usual and it was the day before the winter dance. He was nervous to try to style it himself. She told him to come back in right before the dance and she would style it for him real quick. Made his day!!
