My hair stylist Sabrina was welcoming and kind. She offered great attention to detail with my haircut. This was my first time visiting sports clips. I enjoyed the VIP upgrade and received coupons for friend referrals. My experience as a customer exceeded my expectations. I will gladly return.

My teen sons love the cuts they get, more than what they got at Supercuts. I just wince over the price difference every time they say they need a haircut.

I can get a better hair cut with less wait time for was less than I paid here. I'm not disappointed with my stylist's performance. I got a decent hair cut, but with a 5 dollar off coupon I still paid 16 dollars so with a tip it was a 20 dollar hair cut. Men's cuts usually go about 12 dollars. I cant justify spending this much again or encouraging anyone else to. I only came the first time because I had a free cut coupon, and didn't know how much it costs, I was given a 5,4,3,2,1, dollar coupon on my first visit.
To answer your question about how to make things right, I suggest making the prices more reasonable.

My hair was chopped off without my permission. I said my hair could come up to about my bra strap and that I NEEDED to be able to put my hair in a pony. My hair is currently barely touching my shoulders and when I went back in to speak to someone about it I was told 'it can go it a pony look, keep it at about ear level and use hairspray'
Called and spoke to Christopher who states he didn't know why I was calling as he did not leave any feedback and didn't even know how to leave feedback. Explained to him the review we got and he said it must have been his girlfriend Shelbie Champ. He is happy with the service he received.
