The only concern I have is that it said zero minute wait online and I had to wait 20 minutes to get a hair cut. The lady cutting my hair was awesome though.
I like that the women that cut my hair are talented and professional yet cool and laid back. The mvp is well done and worth the money. You get what you pay for.
The sports theme is really lame. Most of the time you are playing reruns of games or news. What we are there for is the haircut, which you do very well. Affordable, available, quick. Ditch the sports theme and transform yourself into a gentleman’s club, not a jock’s barbershop.

You keep a record of past services so even though I would get a different stylist every time I need a haircut, they would know how I like to have it done. This goes for all the different locations.
That person who cut my baby's hair has some mental problem, she treated my son badly, you can see for yourself in her recordings that she is very rude, she has zero patience, my whole family was in awe of this place, unfortunately We have had this disastrous experience, you need to pay more attention to it, that person should not take baby customers if he does not have the skills and patience, we are in times where you should value the customer as well as the customers you ... I am very upset...
