My stylist Maryaha has cut my hair perfect 3 times in a row now. I've never been as satisfied with a haircut ever in 25-30 years I've been getting my own hair done. And the back massage hot towel and hair shampooing is nice as well...

A good haircut but not the one I requested. First time in decades a hair stylist ignored what I wanted.
I just walked in and no waiting. Talked to Mariah first who cut my hair before but she was going to lunch and said Yessenia was good and she did a great job. Very nice and friendly

The stylist saw how my hair was cut tapered but they just cut straight across and messed up my hair and didn't even accomplish what I asked for as far length and style. I will not return to any of your locations.

I thought the hair cut was great, but the pricing seems high. $24 for a simple haircut is a little much, and asking for a minimum 20% tip of 5 dollars I thought was a little outrageous despite giving people the option to tip lower.

There is always room for improvement. My hair stylist was awesome though. I would say she gave me the best hair cutting experience of my life. But based on this feedback questionnaire I doubt you as a corporation care that my grade of 8 is for you, the corporate entity and not for yessenia (I kept her card as I really liked her ) she performed at a solid 10. I would say give her a raise and fire whichever market research hack you hired to make this questionnaire. I’ve seen too many great employees get reprimanded for not having enough 10’s on questionnaires so they get written up, and I’m guilty of using questionable surveys on my staff in the past too. Do yourself a favor, stop thinking these have any bearing on your staff performance and tell them you appreciate them.
Stylists are good, facilities are pleasant and clean. It is a good place to get a cut.
