Too expensive for kids haircut & the stylist did not cut hair the way I had asked her to

The stylist started by making fun of my name, which caught me off guard. When I sat down she asked if I wanted "the wash and everything." I told her yes. After she cut my hair she asked if it looked alright. I didn't put my glasses on as I figured I'd have another chance to look at it after the wash and hot towel. I told her it was fine. She asked if I wanted gel. I hesitated because I thought we were going to be washing it. Then she said "You don't want to wash it or anything, right?" We'd already agreed that we would be doing the MVP, so I took that as a hint that she wanted to be done. I told her it was fine, paid for the cut and got out. Once I got to my car and had a chance to look at it with my glasses on I realized how bad the cut was. I almost walked out when she made fun of my name and now I wish I had. I've been using Sport Clips for many years, but the experience has been inconsistent the last couple years. This one was almost comically bad, though. I'll be finding another business from here on out.

Everything from the beautiful ladies that work there and the services that make the MVP experience worth every second. From start to finish the salon specialist are friendly, social, and great at their job. Attention to detail is second to none. The wash including massage with hot towel is a great way to relax after a days work. Finishing it off with the back massage makes every bit of the experience worth the return.

Cost of a basic haircut is ridiculous.

Yesenia continues to hold her place as number 1 stylist in my opinion. I hope she does not move to Vegas to be close to her favorite team, the Raiders. Always look forward to a great haircut from her. Keep up the good work!

Stylist really listen to what and how you want your hair cut. They take great care to always check with you during the haircut to check your satisfaction with their work. Highly recommend this place.

The girls are unorganized and not ready on time. Very unprofessional to nott be ready when the doors open. They all seem like party girls

I think the two gals that have provided me with MVP service on my last two visits have done an excellent job albeit under pressure or a bit rushed due to being understaffed. Never the less, Yessenia and Molly work hard and maintain an excellent attitude and warm smiles.
