I love the Water Aerobic Classes. The teacher is very good as she is consistent with all of the exercises and when you get out of her class you most definitely know that you have exercised as you feel it in your muscles.
Good stretching and exercise, enjoy the classes, good instructors. I have met some great people and some have become good friends.
We love the flexibility and availability for the playroom. It really supports our stress management and fitness approach. Also, we LOVE the staff. The staff bring such joy to our day just in passing. More yoga or stretching would be cool, but understand these times are hard to fill spots bc of much unpredictability. Thank you all!

Great clean friendly facility
Amazing service to the community—more so than any Y I’ve encountered. Lovely staff, great pool and water aerobics classes. LOVE that there is a sauna! And so curious regarding the ceramics room?!?!?

Chair yoga would be excellent! I love the private dressing rooms and entrance into the pool.
What I really like besides the regular programs, is the outside pool for my 8 year son and for the younger children.
My kids love the outdoor swimming pool and play center I love it as well ! The play center is very beneficial while I work out.
Availability of group classes.
Something for everybody - all age groups.
