You know what would be an great addition is Silver Sneakers. As I age, I noticed I am not able to do “everything” I could do in my younger days. However, I am still pushing myself and having someone who knows how to help us continue to push without injuries would be beneficial.
This facility has so much to offer, its clean, great staff and awesome location. I have been to a few different YMCA's and I have to say this one is by far the best location and has the most to offer for children which is very important to me. The staff is always welcoming and friendly which keeps the atmosphere very pleasant!
Our primary interest is workout equipment so ease of access, cleanliness and security are most important to us and the WWY fulfills that interest. Thank you.

Excellent staff an environment of family.
I swim in the indoor pool. The experience is very pleasant. The lifeguards are friendly and go stand next to people with mobility issues "just in case".
I usually swim around 2 pm and observe the area around the pool being mopped and the hot tub being cleaned. It is so nice to swim in a clean environment with good people.

The Y programs include exercise classes, guidance mentors to help you with an individual plan to exercise customized to the person, and plenty of other activities for children and every one in your family.
