Positive energy of the Instructors. Glad to see update to the stereo system and addition of the free weights in the studio. I strongly feel the your instructors deserve a rase! I’m sad to see some members leave to your competition (Crunch) due to rates. I think there’s some room for the staff to be more vigilant - as I see many young folks working out in the weight training area without shoes or just slippers.
We love the mixed use areas for playing with our kids! We love the childcare, parent night out, coach approach, and summer camps. Our family is thriving now that we joined the YMCA .
Everyone is friendly, machines are in great condition and I like the coach support help.
A variety of programs offered and plenty of equipments.
The staff is very helpful and nice. The facility has a lot of activities and great for families.
I’ve always loved the Y but the East Cobb YMCA is the right size and never ridiculously crowded. Staff is great. It’s clean. Love it there.
Friendly staff. Friendly, supportive community. Great facilities. Super value. An asset to the community.
The instructor Ron was so welcoming. He made it a great experience
I am a member of the NE YMCA to be able to talke exercise classes with Instructors I like and do it together with friends I made there.
However, I am very aware that the membership cost is too expensive for a lot of people.
NE YMCA is losing members to places like Crunch.
Lots of options in addition to fitness like courts, rink, and baseball/softball cages
Everything. Particularly the weights and the treadmills. Also the sauna
Variety of activities
Teachers of various classes
I like the variety and times of classes. Most of the instructors are really great.

As a senior, I like the quantity and quality of the Y's programs and activities that seniors can participate in.
