The classes
We have had multiple issues with our account setup. It was merely impossible to make any simple change due to the mix-up with our account as we initially opened it at McCleskey for activities, later cancelled. We opened our membership at Northeast Cobb. Whoever created our membership account must have used the McCleskey record, which kept us tied to that YMCA. Long story short, Nathan was kind enough to be patient in understanding our issues and, I believe, has fixed our issues once and for all. We love the YMCA community and glad we are able to stay.
The Wellness coaches are wonderful and so helpful to a new member learning equipment and how to use it properly. They give support and encouragement while motivating me to do just a little more.
Group fitness instructors and community within classes are great.

There’s something for everyone and a great environment for the whole community.
- Hardly any classes are cancelled.
- Staff is genuinely friendly and is not "bothered" by a question, they actually listen
- Classes fit my schedule (5:30am)
- Instructors notice when someone is new and they pay special attention to them
- Instructors like to interact with members
- Classes are setup before we arrive

I enjoy all off the strength classes and wish the Y had a broader group of instructors to avoid cancellations
1.P'ball needs a full time monitor like Piedmont Y. Al keeps everything moving & fair at Piedmont. Nobody is allowed to play w/ only the ones they want to play with or jump in ahead of someone out of turn.
2. Like the spread out of machines & areas for stretching.
