What do you like about our programs and activities?

Instructors are awesome and you want to workout because of their energy. There are diverse instructors. You can take a zumba, water aerobics, cycle class that fits your style-musically and exertion.

I like the number and variety of classes that are offered. There many activities for kids and families, pretty much something for everyone no matter their age, fitness level or abilities.

I’m not using any of your programs. I use the weight room and treadmills. I like the availability and choice of equipment. And I really like the fact that the equipment is clean, functional, and well taken care of.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The senior strength classes and the aqua aerobics classes are my favorites. The music is too loud in the exercise classes. Cannot hear the teacher. Would love it if you could reduce the volume. Thank you.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We love the the Northwest Cobb YMCA! It's definitely a family oriented facility where you are greeted by a friendly staff member coming and going! I love the Y's involvement in the community and the variety of classes for every age group! Also, this is an environment where you can feel accepted regardless of your fitness attire!
