Things I like best about the Y are Great equipment and people are the best. The staff is friendly and always has helpful tips on how to workout.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love how family focused the Y is. The Y was a very welcoming place for me as a teenager, and it has since become a second home for my family today. My children are growing up at the Y, they participate in many programs and our visits each week to the facility are a family affair . I appreciate the efforts put in to make family friendly programming for members of all ages.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love signing up and having a spot. I love the squares and distancing measures. I feel safe and appreciate all the bottles of disinfectant. I think Y is doing a terrific job. I’m more than pleased.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like that there are a wide variety of fitness programs for all ages and levels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Communication is excellent if u need help, especially during the Covid this past year.
All the instructors are very qualified and take great care and interest in the members.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like how well the Covid prevention is working. I like that I'm given a little spray bottle with an endless supply of paper towels. I clean before and after I use the equipment. This allows me to feel like I'm keeping myself safe.
I like the indoor pool and plan to use it when it's a little bit warmer. In the meantime, I'm using the machines for both cardio and strength training.

Whenever my family attends a YMCA event, camp, or program, it is always executed with care, enthusiasm, and expertise. We are always greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The staff is professional, well trained, and loves serving the community. I love how the Y builds character and shapes the lives of my children -- and that's why I highly recommend the Northwest Family YMCA.

Am visiting from the island and we are enjoying your facility the staffs are very friendly and helpful.the environment are clean and well kept.The day care staff oh they are sweet and lovely especially ms Michell.we love it

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My family & I loved the dance class that taught the line dances. Hopefully it will start again one day. My family also enjoy the swim lessons. I really enjoyed the Zumba class also.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My wife likes the large variety and times of the classes. I like how they offer classes to children. I have never seen that at a gym and think you should advertise Youth in Motion more heavily. The day camp was a real blessing for my son after being stuck at home for 6 weeks due to various quarantines.
