I don't use the activities right now but glad they are there when I want to do the classes. I love that the Y offers kids swimming lessons.

I love the water aerobics classes. It gives us older members a way to get a good workout without damaging our joints.
Regarding schedules and experienced trainers, but lately weak WiFi Connection
