I have always liked the YMCA since I first started over 2 years ago but had to stop because of knee surgery that I got. Then I came back because my husband and I retired some I told him I wanted to return. It was the first time for him and he loves it. The place is convenient for us it’s very nice clean and the staff are great and friendly and helpful.

I love the water classes and other group ex classes. The instructors are genuinely interested in me as a person and are quick to suggest ways to adapt the exercises for my particular needs.
Zumba is amazing on Saturday at 10:15AM. I look forward to her class every single week!

This is a great place to work out. Everyone is friendly and there are so many options.
The Northwest YMCA is a great family friendly place. My kids love it, and it keeps me at the gym more knowing that i can brings my kids.

The Y offers classes for all ability levels. It does not matter if you are young or old, poor or rich. This is a place for everyone.
I love the childcare program! My daughter loves going to the gym because she really enjoys playing with the kids there and you can tell the employees genuinely love what they do! It makes it so much easier to get my workouts in knowing that my daughter is in good hands and having a good time!
I like the classes- the early classes help me get my exercise in for the day and then go to work. It’s perfect!
Why I love the Y. For me it is location, most importantly I feel safe & comfortable at the Y. All staff are professional & encouraging at all times. I utilize the scheduled classes a lot. The current system in place is working well. Glad to see most recently more evening classes added. There are a few morning slots open for more classes, which I feel would be used by members if scheduled-Perhaps a new instructor hired if instructor availability is the reason that those slots are not open for exercise. I rate the NW YMCA 99.9 my happy place 😊

I really like how there’s so many different programs to choose from. I love that there’s no longer any mask mandates. The only thing that I would really want to change is not being able to bring my seven-year-old to the clubhouse in the morning. I homeschool and I wish I could go to morning classes.

All the different options
Summer Camps are great, but unfortunately they get filled up really fast. I never know when the sign up comes out for me to do so. It would be great if an email could come out to say when registration will be open so I can make sure to save the date on my calendar. I was only able to sign up for one week for 1 of my 3 kiddos this summer.
My husband and kids play basketball a lot on the weekends, but do wish they had a basketball league for kids, not just soccer.
The variety and amount of classes offered are what had me register with the Y.
