I like the variety that the YMCA offers for workouts, including classes for all types of fitness levels. There are also many time options which make it convenient.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like that there is reliable, convenient childcare for our son. I like that the childcare hours are convenient during the week. I like that there are special family events like the Easter/ spring family festival (which was so fun!)

I love the Y! I love that the facilities are so well-maintained, clean, and safe. I love that it is family-friendly, with a focus on activities that promote health and wellness. My children love visiting and playing in the Kid Zone and the pool. I also enjoy Coach Approach and learning the correct way to use the equipment and meet my own health and fitness goals. I wish we could go every day!

I've encountered group instructors that make you feel like family (Joanna & Shimirrah). Even when you try new classes, you feel like you're just a few classes away from being stronger. There are different activities available for different interests.

I utilize the fitness machines as well as treadmill and elliptical. I love the friendliness of the people that work their and their willingness to help.

There is something for everyone - whether you are a youngster learning to swim for the first time all the way to Senior Fitness and activities! Northwest Family YMCA is all about giving back to the community with their events at Easter and Christmas to feeding the less fortunate kids of Cobb County during all the school breaks! They have such awesome fitness programs, kids camps... the list goes on...

Everything..but wish you could replace the metal lockers in the Men's locker room
