Love the exercise classes. Instructors are excellent and make it fun. I come as often as I can. Wish there were more options for barre classes.
The Arthritis Water Arobics class on Tuesday and Thursday with Joyanna is great. It helps to comfort my muscles and bones Is great!!!!

Classes have excellent instructors. Registration for classes insures your place. Facility is clean and strict Covid rules are enforced. Friendly staff and guests.
