Programs are at various levels and so you can fit in at the level you can. The trainers are also very patient and interested in seeing us progress in getting fit. There are activities that one can do always. The timings are also good!

Your facility has the most comprehensive programs ... other places have NO swimming pool ...
NO steam room ... NO sauna ... etc.
Jennifer’s Zumba class is wonderful!! Not only is the class both fun and challenging but she is so welcoming and kind! From the first class I felt like I belonged and want to come back. Would love even more after 5:30pm Zumba options!
