What do you like about our programs and activities?

I mostly attend the group exercise classes because I enjoy the camaraderie of the other Y members. I have made many new friends there! I love the Zumba and Cardio Groove classes the most. The instructors are really good, and the music and movements make it feel like a fun party - not a boring workout at all!

There are lots of classes for many ages. The machines are fairly new and in good shape
