professional, the kids always seem to like the counselors.
I love Zumba with Magda. The front desk staff are always helpful and welcoming. All of the staff members are friendly nd helpful. I love the community feel of this YMCA.
The only change I would like to see is for there to be hairdryers near the mirror and counter in the ladies locker room. The dryers near the sinks are not sufficient.
Otherwise I am very happy with the Y.
I like the wellness center and the Coaching program.
I like the support for Military and Veterans.
I like the very clean facilities.
I like the exercise tracking program and the posting of those participating in the tracking of their health efforts.

There are ample to choose from. The classes are great be it yoga, Zumba, sculpting or any other.
Great selection of programs and classes. Only wish that yoga and core balance classes were more frequent or at least not so crowded each day.

I love coming to the Y.I know that you have put up signs but may people still ignore the signs about their cell phones. There are many that will dominate a certain piece of equipment while doing nothing more than sitting on it and talking or texting on their cell phone.Some don't even appear to ever really workout at all.It particularly makes it hard during busy hours when we are all waiting on equipment .
I love the classes and my daughter loves the childcare! A great experience for my whole family!

I like to go to strength training classes and pilates. I believe the instructors are knowledgeable and they make it fun. Also, I use various machines for cardio exercise.
Everything is great: instructor, environment, cleanliness, equipments, motto...
Classes and machines are pertinent and well led. Pool clean and several opportunities for use exist. Staff friendly and helpful
I like the helpfulness, respect and the child care staff , especially Mr.richard who made their experience there so fun ,since my little one is so attached to me but he knows how to deal with them and make them happy.
Without ymca I wouldn't have the chance to lose 35 pound in 3 months. Since I don't have anyone to leave my kids with.
There are different types of ways to lose weight there a lot of classes, like zumba cycling.

The kids area is so friendly and fun for children. My kids enjoy it and I get to be apart of a fun workout class.
Since I am a Senior I can enjoy classes geared toward the not so flexible. The various programs for the 55 + have interesting topics and bring people together. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is the home away from home!

I like the availability and variety of group ex. It'd be improved by just having more - there are some classes at Northeast (3-2-1 for ex) that I'd attend if they were at Mccleskey - even though Northeast is just an extra 12 minutes away, evidently that's past the distance I'm likely to travel for group ex.
I'd like to see a water rower or two.
And the women's locker situation is shabby. Often none is available - tho nearly everyone has placed, say, one travel mug on the shelf and closed it BUT not locked it and I spend 10 minutes opening every locker to find none available. Further, the locking mechanism is difficult to use and is, in fact, useless with any small cable-top lock. But old-school locks are pretty difficult to manipulate into the hole. It means I carry my stuff around with me now and that's not what either one of us wants
