What do you like about our programs and activities?

There is a wide variety of classes offered from which to choose. The weight room is excellent, and there are sufficient cardio machines such that I don't have to wait for someone to finish. The staff is professional and friendly. The facilities are always clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Y has helped me lose over 30 pounds in a year and I'm able to keep it off thanks to the group classes and the kiddos really enjoy the pool. The facilities are well kept and the staff is friendly.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We love using the gym and my son uses the basketball every time we are there. The one thing I would like to see fixed is the courts have open playtime that is also being used for the children in daycare which causes him not to be able to play ball. It's not truly open gym.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My husband and I like the personal attention we get when we need help with a weight machine. We want to have the settings correct and ensure we aren’t doing harm to our body rather than good. Any time we have questions there is always someone there ready to give assistance.
