Nice gym with modern equipment. No wait to get on a machine. Nice inside walking track. Wonderful water aerobics classes and instructors. A great hot tub to finish it off.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I primarily use the pool, but I like the idea of being able to do group classes and use the fitness equipment when I want to. The staff, instructors, and other members are very friendly and I always feel welcome.

I like the cycling class on Wednesday at 10:30 and the water classes. All the instructors are great.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love that there are so many options for classes! And that all the instructors are super welcoming. I'm a very introverted person, so taking a new class can be intimidating. Here at the Y, I've never felt intimidated and I've been able to step out of my comfort zone.
