The Senior Strength and Cardio class taught by Tina B. is awesome !!!!!!!
Also the PD Balance class by Tina on Thursdays is excellent!
Having the track available is always an opportunity for more exercise!!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We are family! I enjoy knowing that being part of the YMCA is not just another number on a phone check in or tag on a key chain... Its the hello that's spoken with a smile at the front desk as you enter the door.... I love my aquatic instructors for their encouragement to keep pressing on and to do my best!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

you have a large complement of exercise activities. Your equipment is complete. The pools are always great for exercise or just to enjoy the pool. Staff is and has always been very pleasant and easy to do business with.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

A nice variety of classes and good selection of workout equipment. Track for walking is my main activity. Staff very friendly and helpful and facility is always clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like having access to the pool for some inking laps. And also fitness machines/track for days that the weather is not good to exercise outside.
The aquatics department is top notch and run very well!

I just do water aerobics and I LOVE the classes. I'm disabled so this is my best form of exercise.

I’m a fan of the pool, the walkway, and the weight machines. They provide a well-rounded workout.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We need more lower body mobility machines/equipment. Monkey feet, weighted sleds. This equipment is highly recommended in strengthening and rehabbing knees and ankles.

The instructors are fabulous and so accepting of all out capabilities or lack thereof. Very friendly atmosphere from the moment I walk in the door. The senior exercises they give us are incredible. I love this Y (Canton GA)

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love being able to reserve a swim lane. Sometimes I can’t get the time slot I want, I understand that. What isn’t fair at the Canton YMCA, preference is given to an individual on Tuesday and Thursday morning and is given a reservation for 8:00 before the allowed time such as at 7:50 am. All should be fair and equal.
