What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the walking track. It’s nice to walk outside, but for senior citizens it’s nice to have an even safe surface to walk on no matter the weather or what pollens are floating in the air.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the cycling class and I could not have done it without the guidance and help of Tina. I was encouraged for the first time since my diagnosis of mild Parkinson……I take several other classes from her and she has brought out the best in me. I h have never done formal exercise clssses and now I am there at 8:30 in the morning. Susan Rifkin

I love this YMCA! The outdoor pool is amazing and my son and I have spent many a summer evening enjoying it. The facility is always clean and the staff are always friendly. I can't say enough wonderful things about this YMCA and how glad I am to have it in our community. Thank you!

All the instructors are excellent and encouraging. I like how they modify things for class participants if they have limitations. All the senior targeted classes Are great!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Clean locker rooms. I’m disabled and use the Family Wheelchair access shower room. Having an outlet for a hair dryer would be helpful. Also, having a vent that works would be helpful so one can more fully dry off after a shower before dressing.
