The Y MCA is inclusive of all ages, physical and other capabilities, all socio-economic, religious and racial or ethnic backgrounds. Your instructors are well trained and sensitive to the varying physical abilities of the participants in classes. And the children's camps are fun. Great job!
The group classes are great; and there is something for everyone. One caveat, please include a range of classes for those of us who have kids participating in Y sports in the evenings. There's not a whole lot to choose from after 5! (I love Werq and what used to be Kelly Wray's strength class!)

No matter your age or fitness level, there is something for you. I love being part of the MWF water aerobics group. We have so much fun in the 9:15 class that we don't realize that we're actually exercising. I've also enjoyed working through the Coach Approach program several times. I am more aware of how I can improve my fitness and overall health.
