What do you like about our programs and activities?

Very well rounded and variety of activities, however they offer a lot during weekdays when most people work. Perhaps offering more outside of work core hours for individuals that work 9 to 5 would allow for more people to take advantage of them.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I attend water aerobics and I love that I can work at my own pace without embarrassment. Also if I have questions or would like to work out a special kink, the instructors always have recommendations for water and land. The people at the Y care about each member.

All Programs are great , especially the pool/swimming, gym , free Yoga and best of all Ping Pong :). Like the friendly staff too.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We are a foster family and recently began our free membership. We are so impressed with the kindness and generosity of everyone we’ve come into contact with so far. The workout areas are great for us and our kids. Not too crowded, very family friendly. The childcare workers have been wonderful with our baby!
