The workout classes
The instructors were very friendly. As a first timer, they were also very welcoming.
My daughter is enjoying the summer camp a lot. It’s nice to have her outside and trying new things. She loves the paddleboarding and would love more time doing that. The website is very confusing to enroll them for camp. For some reason the bus shuttle and weeks keep falling off, but I just double check with Lena or Melissa. They are amazingly helpful. The pool is great for a rainy day too very clean and fun filled YMCA.
Variety of activities
There are plenty of people at the front desk, so you are helped in a very timely manner.

I like everything about your programs and activities, however, the pool deck is starting to look yellow since I started swimming at the YMCA several months ago, and I know it's sprayed/hosed off but would appreciate it being scrubbed more often by a bleach or cleaner. I use to swim at Swim Atlanta for years and they were always scrubbing, i.e., with a broom, the pool deck with bleach. I don't know know how often they did it. I'm soooo sorry for bringing this to your attention and don't mean to bother you as you have a wonderful and beautiful facility.

Love the Parkinson's programs led by Lynn
I principally participant in The Parkinson’s movement class. I think Lynn does a great job with leading, inspiring and teaching us the importance of exercise in dealing with PD and aging. I also take the Monday meditation class led by Pasquale who does an excellent job as well.
Forsyth County YMCA is a great place. The greeting you get walking in, your workout experience and the people you meet there are second to none. The instructors are knowledgeable and personable. It’s a perfect place for all ages. The programs they offer include every age group. Forsyth County YMCA is the best!
There are excellent programs for all ages.
Numerous activities for adults and children of all ages, educational, arts and crafts,
camping, althletic programs according to age. The Legend Lounge accomadates
a lending library for adults, card tables for games, bridge to Mahjong.
A coffee room for visiting with friends and/or watching television.
State of the art exercise machines, with trained physical therapist.
Indoor swimming pool for aquatic exercise for all ages, swim meets, all with life gaurds,
a sauna room and hot tub.
Monthly lunches for Men and Women groups.
Very clean facility and well kept.
Friendly personal always with a warm greeting to welcome each and every person.
It is a wonderful Community Center.
