The Y is not crowded when I use it. So nice! The people working at our Y are all very helpful and caring. Love the involvement they have in the community, as well.
They are fun and engaging.
I love the kickboxing class with Danny! He challenges but guides you if your a beginner. I feel refreshed and better after class.

I joined the Fowler YMCA after I retired in 2016, and it's become a huge part of my life. The facility is modern, well run, clean, with high quality fitness machines. Everyone who works there is welcoming and friendly and always helpful. There are classes for everyone and the instructors are top notch. They challenge you and always give you options. They want to help you achieve your goals and will help you in any way they can. As a senior, I want to stay healthy and mobile as I age and joining the Y is the absolute best way to do that. I recommend it to all my friends.

The staff is friendly and I enjoy the pool most. They offer a good variety of classes here.
There is truly something for everyone! My biggest problem is having too many choices, which hasn't happened at other gyms. My kids are thrilled to be at the Y, and we can't wait to take advantage of the different kids' programs as well.
