I do love that the Y is a full service facility, but I only utilize the weights and elliptical at this time. Occasionally I play basketball when the court is open. I enjoy the quiet, unassuming atmosphere and I like how clean everything is.

The group classes and the instructors are very good. I take gentle yoga, senior strength and zumba gold. I also use the equipment several times a week.

Group fitness classes are great. The instructors are exceptional and I’ve made many friends at the Y since I started working out there. It’s well run, organized and the staff very nice as well.
I've loved every group class that I've taken at the Coward/Ashford Dunwoody YMCA location. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful.
I only use the gym but I like the atmosphere and the facility is sparkly clean.
The personnel at the front desk is always very nice and welcoming.
