What do you like about our programs and activities?

All the best equipment…… both free weights and machines, as well as bikes, stairmaster’s, etc. Also, willing and available staff that is knowledgeable and patient.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I play pickleball at the Y about 3x week. The staff is very warm and friendly…. Very welcoming to all newcomers. The facility is well maintained. The Y is a great alto the neighborhood.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Cowart Ashford YMCA has a variety of classes and programs to help with fitness goals. I personally love the fact that those who regularly attend the classes I attend have become friends and we hold each other accountable to keep coming. I have been a member for several years now and we have a blast while getting fit!
