The facility is cleaner than it had been. Also, there are fewer people using their phones and tying up workout stations. The front desk staff is always courteous. Good work.

The facility is clean and the equipment is up to date. I really like the Peloton bikes.
I mainly use Gym and pool. Early morning and late night hours are extremely helpful
Variety
Variety of classes and personalized training. The only challenge that I see is the Website vs the App sometimes does not align. It is a back office IT issue but it was a bit annoying when I had to coordinate passwords / log in , etc.
The pool is always clean and comfortable temperature.

The facility is extremely clean and the strength training machines are up to date with enough variety to do a full body workout and have many programs available to suit most members.. Other facilities are comparable but their equipment is dated and not as varied as this facility.
Friendly am staff. Especially Quintin & James the lifeguard. Clean beautiful pool and locker room. Friendly people (guests), location, hours open.
The facility is clean and the equipment is kept functional. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are tons of programs for all ages available here.
The Geri-fit is great to build muscle and balance. Miki is a great teacher. I am looking forward to many AOA classes at Cowart.

I particularly enjoy the water aerobics and water Zumba.
I continue to love and enjoy the Zumba classes. Lloyd and Sasha keep the members wanting to keep going back for the classes. My life has transformed for the better as I feel more healthy and have a better frame of mind. The various parties during holiday months are a big plus and absolutely fun. I also enjoy the running track. The YMCA Cowart is always clean and the staff members are always friendly.
