YMCA , Cowart family/ Ashford is an excellent place to visit. I haven’t explored other activities yet but I love coming there. I receive guest passes when my daughter & son in law visit & they enjoy group classes a lot . My grandson is also a member & enjoys work out. All the machines are up to date & front desk people are very courteous!

I like that the gym is open as early as 5 AM on weekdays. I appreciate the indoor running track. There are a lot of treadmills and stationary bikes, including recumbent bikes. Staff is always friendly and open to request and questions.
There is a class for everyone.

The classeO attend are fun, yet a good workout. The staff is friendly and I like the fact that the locker room is clean.

It's the staff that really makes this Y special. Everybody is super helpful and very encouraging. They're willing to take the time to show you how to do things or use a machine. They never act like they are too busy. I really like the fact that everybody says hello to you when you walk in. It's really the staff that makes this special.
I like doing the Geri-fit classes that Miki Joyner teaches. It is helping me a lot. Also, I do the machines and walk the track.

The group classes are just what I was looking for to get started moving. Pilates, barre, gentle yoga, older adult strength, and stretch(my favorite so far!) are taught by wonderful instructors. I felt welcomed by friendly people in every class.
Strength, classes, cardio, strength, classes, Zumba, yoga, Pilates. I do wish there were more cardio strength classes instead of just Tuesday and Thursdays during the week I typically don’t work out on Thursdays so I wish they had a Friday class too.

Everything! The Y really cares about the community it serves. The people are kind, the facilities are beautiful, and we have made lifelong friends through our Y membership!
