What do you like about our programs and activities?

The programs address my fitness needs, Masters Swim, Spin, Strenght Trainnig and occasional Step and Yoga.

I have been a member for 19 years and I believe the current staff is not only as strong as I have seen in my tenure, they are stronger than the other Metro staffs. Staff members are empowered to make decisions that address my needs and do without exception in a professional and friendly manner. Keep it up!

Everything is great butnfor an organization that promotes more walking, there should be safer ways to navigate the Parking lot which has very few sidewalks.

I go to the Senior classes and I love that each one is different. I like that the instructors, Sandy and Clare remind us of proper form.

I enjoy the Zumba and Turbo Kick classes. My child really enjoys the childcare room. The staff there is fantastic.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the coach approach which helps you focus, able to over come frustrations, learn new exercises.
Would like to learn pickleball however it is currently only during the day.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I cannot make the classes because there are few that I am interested in that end prior to 6:30 so I go for the aerobic and weight machines. I find the choices are very good in this area.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The classes and instructors are all excellent at their jobs but also very caring. We senior citizens get a lot of attention and there are plenty of classes to choose from. Everything is family oriented and the mothers with small children have a beautiful safe place to leave their children and have a class or a workout. All the coaches are helpful with the machines.

Best of all, we make new friends and it is like a family.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

the only service I use is the pool.
What I like about it is that you USUALLY have several lanes blocked for lap swimming and there is USUALLY availability, if I choose the right time of day.
