Broad range of things to do to help yourself. Exercise rooms with tons of equipment, an indoor and outdoor pool and gymnasium. Along with a mb outstanding, friendly, helpful staff.

I like the classes that are given. The instructors are competent and their classes are a lot of fun while helping us to become healthier. I'm sorry that I didn't join the Y years ago!
The instructed enthusing. Particularly yoga and Pilates.
A request that I have is for one more Pilates class be scheduled Friday at 9 am.

My daughter loves swimming lessons there and we enjoy the pool. Very clean place and the stuff there is very nice n friendly.

Equipment is well maintained, the classes and instructors are very enjoyable along with a great selection. The building may be older but it is clean and well maintained. Sharie, Julie, and Alise are some of the friendliest people I have ever met.

Classes. All the machines are working. A few can be updated but they are operable. Staff is always smiling and helpful. Overall this is one of the best locations.

Anyone can manage the availability of what the YMCA has to offer.
