I visited the room with the exercise equipment Cybex, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. It was a spacious and clean environment. In fact, a staff member was cleaning the machines. I had resources to paper towels and disinfectant spray bottle if I wanted to touch up each of the machines. Another staff member approached me to see if I needed assistance with using the equipment. JT is a lovely facility and I'll return to visit again. When I entered and left JT, the staff at the front desk greeted me with sincerity. Outstanding atmosphere and experience!

I work appreciate the current availability of group classes - I can attend either before and/or after work. Also appreciate the instructors who teach each class with so much energy and enthusiasm!

Great program
There are many classes I enjoy. Adaptations and various levels are encouraged and demonstrated. Teacher are very knowledgeable and experienced. There is a great sense of camaraderie in the classes.
The welcome from attendees and teachers in the group classes, variety of classes available, several water classes, lots of classes for different age ranges and abilities, plethora of weight machines and free weight options, and for me especially, lots of classes for older folks with bad knees!
The facility is kept clean and thêre are lots of options for the exercise schedule.
The variety of both cardio and strength machines. Having classes in an indoor pool--and an outdoor pool in summer--which is something fitness clubs don't have.

The staff was amazing everything was clean lesson was program on time
I enjoy the classes as well as the participants and the instructor. Water aerobics is very helpful to me. I wish there were more classes available to me. Janice D. is awesome.
