I think your program need to be improve as well as the sauna and steam room

I like the front staff saying hello to people who come in and the friendly atmosphere. I I like the high standard of cleanliness, the sounds and sight of basketball as I walk past the gym, the pool that most always has a lane open for me, and the variety of machines in the workout room.
Love ♥️ the wet area, however, needs some sprucing-up, painting and A better Up -to- date look, particularly, wearing Andrew Young's name, the appearance should represent him and our predominantly Black community🙄 We
Should not have to drive up north for excellence.
Also during the Summer months the pool is taken from us by Summer Camp Kids...the children lined up in front of sunna, and steam rooms blocking the members from entrance...this is a deal breaker🙄 Kids on regular poops and vomits in the pool, thus, having to shut it down for cleaning...not good for us regulars and nor when inviting guest....Embarrassing😥
My major use of the Y is for swimming. I especially like the fact that I can reserve a lane and that there are lanes available at almost any time on any day.

I use the pool facilities about 4 times a week now and really like that I can reserve a lane and it’s not crowded. Staff has been really friendly too. I wish the weekend hours were longer, there’s just not much time to get in.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
Great work equipment
I like that this location is close to home. My concern is the dressing room for changing after a dip in the pool. I have health issues and in need of handicap accessibility in the dressing room. The family's room does not have anything to help you to get back in your street clothing. The only thing they have is a small shower bench attached to the wall. Very much like to get this problem address

I enjoyed spa area. Hot tub, steam rooms, and suana. Easy transition to gymnasium and fitness center for Cardio and Wright training.
Its always clean. Staff is friendly. People watch out for each other.
What I like about the program and activities is the professional behavior of the staff! but I don’t think employees need to be eating food behind the front desk! they can’t even Great the members because they have a MOUTHFUL OF FOOD!! That’s all. The end!

There’s programs & activities for all ages. The pool,saunas & whirlpool are great.
Because it's clean in the staff is nice and most of all it's spread out and it's good for seniors to have some water to go to so they can workout and be safe a lot of classes and love the people that's there it's very positive invite me I just wish that people were hit buns doing the classes
