I have never worked out with a coach before. The Coach Approach Program is really meeting my needs! Jerome is my coach and he is very knowledgeable, skilled, personable and professional. He helped me to set realistic goals and monitors my progress. With him there is no procrastinating, because he regularly emails and calls, encouraging me to stay on tract. He also gives me a nod of approval when I am in the gym working out on my own. The one thing he reminds me of is … I’m doing this for my health’s sake; physically, mentally, socially and spiritually! I feel great since I began working out regularly at Young YMCA!!!

There is a variety of programming, and the staff are very helpful and kind.

Programs for Seniors. Chair Yoga, Stretch, Gentle Yoga, Cardio- Strength, Stability and Balance, Pilates and HIIT. Instructors are very professional and share their expertise in wellness and exercises. I feel so much better in learning the correct way to get the best performance.
