The East Lake YMCA is one my favorite Y branches. They make an effort to accommodate members' schedule (5am-9pm on weekdays), and they offer a variety of group classes (Zumba, barre, yoga) and special programs (pickleball) that I really enjoy. The exercise equipment is maintained, and any defective equipment is repaired timely or replaced on the gym floor. The front desk staff is also pleasant, and makes you feel welcomed upon entry.
Additionally, their custodial staff does an excellent job at maintaining the facility. The restrooms are clean and well stocked, trash is regularly emptied, walkways are free of debris, and even the floor around the pool area showers is often free of water puddles!
I love the community feel, and diversity of the members and staff at the East Lake Y. Y'all are doing a great job!

I love the flexibility in hours and the variety of classes, activities, and amenities. I find there is so much you can take advantage of for great value, and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. The equipment is also top quality and the instructors are fun and emerge.
Due to the pandemic. I like the signing up for classes and the spacing of gym equipment. I appreciate the smaller community as well.

Use the pool and wet area daily. Take classes, but there needs to be more available. Need to add back Monday and Friday Pilates...and not with Lisa T doing all the classes, please.

The location is nearby. Variety of classes and equipment is important. Great customer service with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus the other members are friendly and make the Y a likable, fun place to visit.
