Lots of room for social distancing, easier to get pool reservations, nice staff and lots of quiet space to do personal workouts
love the group exercises! My family loves the weight room
I have a 10 month old and right now what I love the most is the zero entry pool and lagoon area. I like the family changing areas, although there are some maintenance issues like locks that don't work and showers with exposed plumbing.
The pool
Cycling bikes in fitness area are wonderful! Staff are outstanding!
Organization.
Support of different groups of society.
Family friendly! Has age appropriate activities even for the littlest of toddlers. Staff is incredible kind and patient. We’re new to the Y and the staff have been amazing helping our family figure things out.
Great water aerobics classes. Pool is always clean.
As of now I enjoy everything about the pool. I would have given the YMCA a 10 if all the items in the pool area were working. I was told it all items are in the process of being fixed. However, I really enjoy our family time at the YMCA
Great Customer service Thanks😇
Everything is Beutiful and great place great people
Trainers are patient, and knowledgeable
Small crowd, diverse population in race and age. Nice location. The only thing that I would change is the location of the parking. I'm pregnant and so were many of the moms at the pool. It was really hot that day and walking the long distance from the parking lot with children while pregnant was strenuous. But, we had a great time.
We like the pool.
Fun thing to do for the whole family ! And the employee are always polite and helpful
The outdoor pool, weight room at East Lake.
Like the variety of classes, AND the functional training room. That room is a game changer!
Everything! A great place for all families.
The gym equipment is clean, the outdoor pool is nice. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
Easy lane reservation, pool and rooms clean. Nice staff
Awesome spin fusion class with Linda at the East Lake Y, what a special person and group of people.
Everything!!
Great staff and the outdoor pool!
This facility is very professionally run and so immaculately clean, that's very important to me. It has been that way since I joined 8-10 years ago. I retired a week ago, so I look forward to enjoying my gym membership even more. You don't need to change a thing...just keep on keeping on!!
I like the new spacing for safety and how they cater to the needs of all members.
Diversity of members
Clean pool
Friendly staff
My Grandson started taking swimming lessons at east lake. One of the best experience ever we love coming here to this branch other branches are not as accommodating as this one . Bad experience at one no need to mention the branch we will just stick with this one….
Will the Westley Chapel location ever open up?
The variety of options!
Friendly and clean
