The staff, primarily. They are wonderful. You would get a 10 but for recurring pool issues.

They are taught by knowledgable people and are helpful. The showers, however need to be reeeeeeeeeallly scrubbed. There are little flies hanging around. Yuk....and the door from the women's locker room to the pool should be fixed....Pls. open the little cafe...other than those mentions...the East Lake Y is a pretty hip place to cone and work out. Thank you.
Love the aquatics, the classes, the childcare, the weight room, the partnership with Drew and many child care facilities. Love the Senior programs and community sports teams...and did I mention the staff. Thank you East Lake Y

The staff are fantastic. They greet us with smiles and laughs every day. My child is only 5-years old and this is her first experience with summer camp. She has loved it since day 1.

I like the programs/activities East Lake offers for children, but would like to see more such as gymnastics, golf, martial arts, and STEM.

It hasn't been long yet, but everyone has been friendly and helpful. We love the outdoor pool and the slide!
The programs are grea. HOWEVER, what makes East Lake the best is the sense of community. I have gone to other 'Ys' and not experienced the sence of connection with other members. I believe ot has to do ,in part, with instructors such as Barbie and Karin!! Thank you.
P.S. The time schedules of the classes I attend, such as spinning and circuit, work well with my work.

I think the East Lake pool is particularly wonderful! The life guards and staff are amazing! I did, however, notice that the way the chairs are locked together this year is creating a tripping hazard by the front of the deck. I saw two children and one adult nearly face plant because of nearly tripping over the chain that is locking the chairs. Perhaps the chairs need to stay locked together for a reason I don’t understand, but the chain situation seems like it might be causing an unforeseen hazard.
