I like a friendly service that you get at each YMCA I frequently visit about four different YMCAs and I like the customer service that's at each one of them. The facilities are clean the equipment is in great condition and they're always someone on hand to assist you the YMCA has been a great place for me.

I like how warm and inviting the staff makes me feel. The staff makes me feel comfortable and encouraged to accomplish any goals I attempt. I call the people that work out here my "Y" friends, but it really feels like my "Y" family. I know it sounds like a commerciaI, but I tell every one I know to try the "YMCA" where the work-out is like during it at home with family. It's ok to share my comment but not my name

Love the group cycling classes -- instructors are first-rate. And the Y staff is excellent -- always friendly, always helpful. Facility improvements have been noticeable over the past three years.

In the free weight room- can you ask members to strip the weights off the bars when they have finished. The squat racks and bench’s almost always have played in them.
Everything. There are so many things, the workout classes, the active older adult program for seniors, and the chance to get to know so many awesome peoples. When I started at the Y my only reason was to lose weight, which I did from 200 plus to 165. The Y give me a chance to get up and get out, while doing something great for myself. I would proudly recommend the “Eastlake YMCA”
